STRESS? DON'T SAY THAT!

stress
what is stress? actually each of us know what mean of stress but how many of us really-really follow the way to manage it? from research, most of people know about stress and the effect to health but only too little from them 100% use all steps to manage stress each day.
each person have their own types of stress:

1) student
    - a lot of homework that need to submit
    - friends at school/college
    - exam which coming soon
    - teachers (some cases)
    and lots more.
.
2) employee
   - the employer
   - lots of work on the table each morning
   - family
   - too much submissions
   - bills and payment
   - others

3) parents
   - children
   - house
   - jobs
   - husband and wife
   - others


how about stress : on situation
 driving when someone do something stupid that make us almost to accident, got break up from a relationship which been for years, been fired, waiting for A's but.. failed, and others..
i just wrote some of stress that be around me for a long time and i think, each of us also had faced it before or just right now..
but what i can say, ALWAYS THINK POSITIVE!! nothing happen any reasons. BE PATIENT AND ALWAYS SMILE.. all stress will gone slowly from your emotion..

okay? so don't be stress..
